Analyst

We are looking for an Analyst to join our team and take charge of the end-to-end onboarding process. This role is crucial in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for our new hires. The Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in the onboarding journey. • Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
• Deliver comprehensive onboarding training, covering company policies, culture, and role-specific tools.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Admin, and hiring managers to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks.
• Act as the primary contact for new joiners, providing support and addressing their queries.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during onboarding.
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements to enhance the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records and track progress using Excel and other tools.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
• Adapt training content for different departments and roles as needed.

• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel, especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for tracking and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and handle onboarding challenges effectively.
• Comfortable with presenting and facilitating training sessions.
• High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and HR tools is preferred.
• Enthusiastic and engaging personality with a proactive mindset.
