Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of funds finance borrowers
- Conduct due diligence and underwriting of subscription, capital call, and foreign exchange facilities
- Manage annual renewals, amendments, waivers, and borrower ratings
- Support new transactions, amendments, waivers, and portfolio reviews
- Perform covenant checks and periodic monitoring
- Prepare management reports and credit committee presentations
- Prepare sector reports and portfolio stress tests
- Manage internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
- Maintain credit files
Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to assess macroeconomic impacts on borrowers and portfolios
- Prior foreign exchange or derivatives experience is an advantage
- Prior credit portfolio management experience
- Attention to detail

- Problem-solving ability
- MBA or equivalent
- CA, CFA, or FRM
- 1 to 2 years of work experience
