Analyst, Global Total Rewards

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analyst, Global Total Rewards based in India.

This is a fully remote opportunity supporting global compensation and benefits programs across a diverse international workforce.
You will combine data analysis, program administration, and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver fair, competitive, and market-informed rewards.
The role provides exposure to compensation benchmarking, salary structures, job architecture, benefits administration, and recurring rewards processes.
You will turn complex employee and market data into clear insights that support HR, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders.
Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail will be essential when working with sensitive employee and compensation information.
You will also contribute to global benefits planning, audits, compliance, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
The position is ideal for an analytical Total Rewards professional who enjoys working across teams in a global, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Support the administration and ongoing delivery of global compensation and benefits programs, including data preparation, recurring processes, employee-impacting changes, and supporting documentation.
  • Analyze compensation benchmarking, internal equity, salary structures, and rewards data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate annual and ad hoc compensation activities, including merit increases, incentives, promotions, and job changes, ensuring accurate inputs, approvals, and timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate job architecture, job descriptions, job titles, and rewards-related information within approved HR systems and repositories.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, data analyses, and insights for Total Rewards leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR, People Operations, Finance, Payroll, employees, managers, benefits providers, brokers, and external vendors to resolve questions and ensure effective program delivery.
  • Support global benefits planning, renewals, audits, compliance activities, employee communications, and initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized Total Rewards documentation, records, and data while ensuring appropriate handling of confidential information.
  • Follow established data privacy, information security, compliance, and business policies, including required training and policy acknowledgements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, strengthen reporting, and increase the efficiency and scalability of Total Rewards operations.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, ethical, and accountable team environment while taking ownership of assigned projects and additional responsibilities as required.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s or university degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
    • 4+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, Total Rewards, HR analytics, HR Operations, or a closely related field.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, data validation, pivot tables, reconciliation, and analysis of large and complex datasets.
    • Demonstrated experience administering and maintaining HR systems and benchmarking tools supporting compensation, benefits, payroll, employee data, or reporting.
    • Working knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices, market benchmarking, job architecture, salary structures, and employee rewards data is preferred.
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Salary.com is an advantage.
    • WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefits Professional, or a comparable professional certification is preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to both HR and business stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential employee and compensation information.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a remote, globally distributed environment.
    • Collaborative and service-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively across HR, Finance, Payroll, Operations, and external partners.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in India without requiring visa sponsorship.
    • Willingness to work standard UK business hours, approximately 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
