Analyst - Health Information Management

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Analyst is responsible for creating and running reports for the chart audit, coding, and clinical documentation integrity departments that report to the Director of Coding and Chart Audit.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent, required
College degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or another related field, preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

Composure in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented
Strong multitasking and independent‑work capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accurate documentation skills
Ability to follow established workflows consistently
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
