Job Title: Analyst, Identity Access ManagementDepartment: IT – Operations (750) Location: Montreal (YUL)Reporting Manager: Team Lead, IT SecurityThe Analyst, Identity Access Management (IAM) is responsible for managing employee access to IT systems, ensuring secure and efficient user account configurations. This role involves granting, modifying, and revoking access while maintaining compliance with security policies.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING• Provision, modify, and revoke user access based on business needs.• Configure employee accounts, ensuring appropriate access levels.• Administer security and access management tools.• Maintain and enforce identity and access management policies.• Monitor and troubleshoot access-related issues.• Work with security and IT teams to enhance access control measures.• Ensure compliance with company security policies and industry regulations.• Assist in audits and reporting related to access management.• Assist with quarterly ITGC certifications.• Support review with application and process controls.• Provide technical support for access requests and authentication issues.• Contribute to identifying operational dependencies and requirements for high-quality deployments with minimal impact.• Cybersecurity Specialist: Administer security and access management tools.• Project Management: Assist in planning and executing IAM projects while managing time and resources.• Problem Analysis: Investigate security issues and contribute to innovative solutions.• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA.• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM• College diploma (or higher) in Computer Sciences.• 6 to 9 years of experience in IT, including 3 to 5 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).• Hands-on experience in IAM roles, with expertise in authentication and security protocols.• Familiarity with IAM tools such as Active Directory, Forti Authenticator, AD manager.• Experience with industry security frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
