OVERVIEW
The GIC Sales & Commercial Capabilities – Pet Capabilities team is looking for someone with a learning mindset who is passionate about Revenue Management/Pricing and energized by working at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Data and Analytics, Brand, CMI and Capabilities. You will be hands-on, action-oriented, and accountable as we continue to build a best-in-class Global Revenue Management capability that helps drive the performance of General Mills now and into the future.
In this role, you will support the Strategic Revenue Management team within the Pet business by providing them with SRM support. You will be providing analytic rigor across all 5 levers of SRM (Price, Trade, Price Pack Architecture, Mix, and Terms) to drive top line and/or bottom-line results for GMCC.
Strong candidates for this role will demonstrate exceptional prioritization and communication skills, analytic acumen (analysis and measurement), as well as experience/passion for learning and development. Strong communication & presentation skills are required.
The team member will build a seamless rapport with the point of contact overseas, address and initiate business requests, establish solutions through sophisticated reporting/ tool building and superior presentations/visuals; the work completed will be sent with an actionable analysis that showcases depth & breadth of business acumen.
The team member must have a strong grasp of alternatives and use their thought leadership to make calculated decisions to influence how projects and capabilities shape up - this includes leveraging well-conceived proof of concepts.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Business Analysis & Analytics
Conduct analysis and provide insights, leveraging existing and new tools to surface insights, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and influence business partners to consensus and action. Leverage and embed SRM Tools, when available
Provide support and/or act as subject matter expert on all 5 levers of SRM: Price, Trade, Price Pack Architecture, Mix, and Terms
Identify opportunities to utilize in-house forecasting models to support market initiatives, analyze options, measure, and track results
Confidently present the data-backed analytical solutions to the business questions to stakeholders and rationalize techniques and approach
Partner with business/ SRM experts to eliminate market knowledge gaps & drive success through collaboration
Work alongside of peers and inculcate best practices and elevate the team’s ability to tackle. Provide holistic business solutions by leveraging existing capabilities within the team
Showcase thought leadership; look for ways to integrate better business solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum years of related experience required: 3-4 years of relevant Business Reporting and Analytics experience in CPG industry
Preferred years of related experience: 5-6 years of Business Reporting, Analytics & Visualization experience
Education: Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
Experience in analysis data and applying analytical techniques (preferred)
Experience working with ACNielsen, IRI, Customer POS data (preferred)
Agility to learn new databases, tools, platforms on the fly and implement in real time
Strong command over oral and written English
Multitasking ability - work on a host of tools/databases and software/platforms effectively to manifest superior results
Organization and Prioritization - in line with the team's goals
