Analyst III, Partnerships

Open 25d posting dated last week

Summary

Build and launch supervised field-experience sites for nursing learners by identifying partners, negotiating contracts, and coordinating operational readiness across faculty and external stakeholders.

About the Role

Nightingale is growing — and this role is at the center of that growth. As Analyst III, Partnerships, you'll lead the development and launch of new Supervised On-Ground Field Experiences (SOFEs), building the experiential learning opportunities that put our learners on a path to real-world nursing careers. This is a builder's role: you'll be the one identifying new sites, negotiating the agreements that bring them online, and making sure every new SOFE launches ready to serve learners from day one.

If you love turning ambiguity into a clear project plan — and you get energy from closing the loop on a complex, multi-stakeholder launch — this is your seat.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the identification, assessment, and onboarding of new SOFE sites in alignment with program requirements
  • Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts for new SOFE sites, ensuring compliance with academic and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with faculty, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure operational readiness of all new SOFE sites
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and checklists for new SOFE site launches
  • Conduct site readiness assessments, including compliance audits, documentation review, and operational capability verification
  • Maintain accurate records of all new SOFE sites, contracts, and communications in CRM and other internal systems
  • Identify potential risks or barriers to SOFE implementation and escalate as needed
  • Provide guidance and support to Analyst I and II staff regarding new SOFE processes
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce delays, and improve site activation outcomes

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, contract management, or experiential learning operations
  • Demonstrated success launching new operational sites, programs, or contracts
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and CRM platforms
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives with minimal supervision
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
