Conrad N. Hilton Foundation Analyst, Investments
We currently have an opportunity to add an Investment Analyst to learn and grow within our highly collaborative team. The Investment Analyst will play a critical role in helping the Foundation’s Investment Team manage the approximately $8 billion portfolio while participating in a flat structure and benefiting from mentoring by the entire Investment Team, including the Chief Investment Officer. The Investment Analyst will gain exposure to world-class asset managers investing in all asset classes and will be tasked with assessing potential opportunities across the globe. The Investment Analyst Program is structured as a generalist model to build knowledge across a wide variety of assets and investment approaches, develop quantitative analytical skills, and strengthen critical thinking through rigorous research and due diligence.
The Investment Analyst Program is expected to be a three-year position with the possibility of growth. Sponsorship in the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) program, mentorship, and other professional development opportunities will be made available throughout the program. A competitive compensation package is available, including a salary and performance-based incentive commensurate with qualifications and experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
