Analyst, Investor Applications
About the Role
The Technology Services Group (TSG) is responsible for ensuring consistent technology infrastructure and a standard set of tools and applications across our Asset Management business.
The Analyst will be part of a dynamic team responsible for Investor Applications operations and growth.
You will be providing exceptional service to various business groups across our Asset Management business by delivering new solutions and enhancements to support business growth while managing business as usual tasks to support core business applications.
This position requires knowledge of the Asset Management industry, including Institutional and Wealth distribution channels along with technical skills to be able to configure applications, build integrations, and deliver complex solutions.
Responsibilities
Technical
Support the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Brookfield’s Salesforce environments within a Financial Services context.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and help deliver solutions that support strategic initiatives.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues with guidance from senior team members.
Document existing functionality and contribute to enhancements through development and testing activities.
Conduct data analysis, prepare queries, and support ad hoc reporting requests.
Support integrations between systems through API-based methods under the supervision of senior developers.
Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and expand technical capabilities through self-guided learning.
Assist in evaluating and testing new technologies or tools as part of project delivery.
Communication
Communicate technical issues and project updates in a clear and organized manner to team members and business users.
Maintain internal documentation to support team knowledge sharing and application support.
Build effective relationships with peers and stakeholders by demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness.
Functional/Core
Manage assigned tasks independently while seeking guidance when necessary to ensure timely delivery.
Develop a working knowledge of Brookfield’s operations and how technology solutions support business objectives.
Contribute to team discussions and project planning by sharing input and asking clarifying questions.

About You
Qualifications & Requirements
3+ years of Salesforce development and configuration experience, particularly within Sales Cloud, including:
Apex (classes, triggers, test classes)
Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
SOQL
Salesforce Flow (some exposure to Process Builder and Workflows)
Custom objects, field-level security, and page layouts
Experience with SOAP/REST API-based integrations and data exchange processes is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
Familiarity with SOQL query tools such as Workbench or Developer Console.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a team setting.
Exposure to Agile development environments is preferred.
Understanding of DST / Transfer Agency operations and data reconciliation is a plus but not required.
Education: Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Workato, FISDX, Intralinks, Loopio, Seismic
Jira or other project management tools
C# and/or Azure applications
