You will:
- Rack, stack, install, configure, decommission, and replace servers, storage systems, and network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Perform hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements (drives, memory, power supplies, NICs).
- Ensure equipment is installed according to data center standards and best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory records and system documentation.

Essential Requirements
- Strong understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware.
- Familiarity with operating systems, basic networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience working in data center or mission-critical environments preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in data centers
Desirable Requirements
Familiarity with DCIM tools, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), and monitoring platforms
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+, vendor hardware certifications)
