Analyst IT – Shopfloor ERP Support (Legnica, Poland)

The IT Analyst – Shopfloor & ERP Support provides local operational support for manufacturing, warehouse, and shopfloor systems at the Legnica Operations site. Acting as a key liaison between business users and IT, the role helps ensure stable operation of SAP and connected shopfloor applications.

The analyst supports manufacturing and warehouse personnel in the day-to-day use of SAP and integrated systems, assists with issue investigation and documentation, coordinates incident resolution, and helps identify opportunities for process and system improvement.

The role supports a broad range of applications and technologies including SAP S/4HANA modules such as Production Planning & Manufacturing (PTP), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM), as well as MES and SCADA integrations, production scheduling systems, specification systems, labeling solutions, RF devices, tablets, PCs, and shopfloor printing technologies.

Candidates with experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, shopfloor, infrastructure, or business applications within an industrial environment are preferred. Prior SAP experience is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, shopfloor, ERP, or business applications in an industrial environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise platforms is desirable.
  • Exposure to SAP modules such as PTP, EWM, QM, and PM, or related manufacturing and warehouse systems, is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience with shopfloor technologies such as MES, SCADA, RF devices, barcode printers, scheduling systems, labeling solutions, or industrial automation environments is advantageous.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
