Supports vendor and customer master set up and maintenance.
Demonstrates an understanding of the data maintenance impacts upon the business operations.
Works with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Teams, Customer Service Organizations and others to identify master data related improvement opportunities.
Participates as a key resource in documenting decisions, processes and data quality rules.
Assists with mass maintenance in the SAP system as needed.
Ensures data is supporting defined business processes, requirements and governance standards.
Supports all SAP integrations, upgrades; rigorously tests master data as required.
Analyzes data quality issues and prepares remediation actions.
Troubleshoots problems related to incorrect values in SAP Master Data. Identifies the source of the problem, works with appropriate teams to resolve the issues in a timely manner to minimize any negative impact to responsiveness to internal or external customers
The Analyst – Master Data Support is responsible for supporting the creation of and maintaining the quality of master data for the global SAP system. This role servies as a point of contact for the organization for the submission of customer requests, vendor requests, financial structures and customer and vendor updates.
