Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft Intune environments, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application management.
• Manage and support Android and iOS mobile devices through Intune-based administration workflows.
• Perform mobile testing to validate device policies, application behavior, enrollment flows, and user access scenarios.
• Investigate and resolve mobile device, policy deployment, access, and configuration issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 endpoint administration and maintain operational records for device and policy changes.

Skills Required:

• 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in Intune administration, mobile device management, or endpoint support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and mobile device management.
• Practical experience supporting Android and iOS devices in an enterprise environment.
• Experience executing mobile testing across enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application scenarios.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and endpoint administration processes.

Good to Have:

• Experience supporting Windows devices through endpoint management platforms.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) degree.
