Your New Role

• A Workday Integration Developer/ Consultant is a skilled professional responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations that meet the specific needs of the organization.
• This role requires a clear understanding of Workday's integration capabilities, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects.
• The Workday Integration Developer/ Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of Workday with other systems, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

What Will You Bring

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Workday Integration Developer/ Consultant with proven expertise in Workday integrations, configuration, and system optimization.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST).
• Strong background in API development, data architecture, and Workday reporting tools (BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer).
• Experience with Workday security frameworks, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and data governance.
• Workday Integrations Certified is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant Workday solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
