(Required) EXPERIENCE •Analyst Network Tech:2Years+experienceincomputerhardwaremaintenanceandhands-onworkexperienceinstalling, supporting, and utilizing software such as: Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, etc. (Required) •Analyst Network Tech Sr.:6Years+experienceincomputerhardwaremaintenanceandhands-onworkexperienceinstalling, supporting, and utilizing software such as: Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, etc. (Required) LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS •CompTIA A+ or Microsoft MCSA / MCSE certification (Preferred) ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES •Performs the analysis of Network issues associated with PC/LAN hardware, software, network, email, applications, tele-communications, Internet, and Unix applications. •Performs the analysis of IT related-issues associated with PC/LAN hardware, software, network connectivity, email, applications, telecommunications, and account management. •Understands and applies detailed technical standards, procedures and methodologies to problem solving. Resolves custom requests by analyzing problems and identifying appropriatesolutions. •Demonstrates competence at failure analysis of computer hardware / softwareissues. •Performs the setup, installation, and/repair of microcomputer hardware and software. •Performs Local Area Network (LAN) fileserver administration duties asassigned. •Determines the source of LAN hardware, softwareproblems, and account access issues. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES •Serve on rotational, off-hour duty support for IT Technical Assistance Center / HelpDesk •Qualify and hold ERO/Storm Crew IT Support Analyst position. •Accept outage position, asneeded. •Assists employees with administration of cellular devices and cellularservices. •Supports customers with company-provided MAC devices. •Develops and maintains the latest technical skills to ensure high quality support for STPemployees. •Accept position on the IT Business Continuation Plan(BCP), as needed. WORKING CONDITIONS Overtime, shift work, and alternate work schedules asneeded. Subject to callouts twenty-four hours per day seven days perweek. Occasional work in low temperature data centerenvironment. Travel may berequired. Continuous viewing of computer monitor may berequired. Mostly office environment. Occasional outside work, including technical field support. Ability to walk, climb stairs, kneel, and lift computer hardware.
