Manulife HK is seeking an experienced Analyst, People Operations to support the payroll activities. Ideally, we are looking for an independent & self motivated individual to come and join the team.

Position responsibilities

  • Perform payroll functions such as payroll calculation, incentives calculation, prepare periodical report

  • With knowledge of using HR System for employee personnel data management functions, preferably with experience of using Workday and IPL.

  • Handle MPF administration, leave records, and taxation matters

  • Prepare final settlement calculations for leavers

  • Assist in preparing payroll statistical reports for analysis, annual audit and headcount reporting

  • Respond to employees' payroll and tax related inquiries

  • Handle cross territories payroll and benefits

Required Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline

  • With 3 year experience in sizable organization is a definite advantage

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Well versed with HK Employment and other employment related ordinances.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application, excellent Excel skills

  • Proactive and effectiveness driven approach to get things done

  • Good written and spoken English, Putonghua is a plus
