Analyst, Print Pack & Ship Operations & Fleet

Overview The Analyst, Services Strategy & Operations Support is responsible for hands-on execution and testing across both equipment and operations — spanning the Copy & Print Depot (CPD) equipment lifecycle and Print, Pack & Ship store operations. On the equipment side, this role physically tests equipment and programs in the lab and in stores, documents findings, and monitors vendor service levels each day to make sure stores get the support they need.
