Job Description

In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible to

Procurement and Fulfillment activities:

· Perform RFQ/Bid evaluation/Negotiations.

· Check the database of PRs, Check source allocation and qualification status.

· Check project needs and PO placements.

  • Confirm schedule and PO details with suppliers, Update Supplier confirmation in ERP and inform the buyers regarding challenges and issues.
  • Follow up with suppliers and update status, expedite deliveries to ensure on time delivery of the material.

· Coordinate between Quality team and suppliers for PO inspection schedules and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRS)

· Update Line of balance (LOB) Materials Management report for project teams

  • Attend Operational management meetings Prepare weekly summary reports in excel and share the updates with customers.
  • Track materials readiness to ship from the supplier.

· Track the material till its final destination (Client’s site)

· Invoice issue resolution

· Monitor supplier’s On Time Deliver (OTD)

· Understand queries from Suppliers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide timely clarifications/resolutions to suppliers.

  • Post receipt of a response,
    • Validate responses for completeness and identify variances if any and resolve.
    • Update ERP with all the latest communication
    • Provide timely updates to the stakeholders.
    • Negotiate with the respective suppliers on delivery, provide them revised PO copy, etc

      Preferred Qualifications Any graduate with Min. 2-3 years with work experience in S2PMust have sound knowledge of English – Any knowledge of a foreign language is a bonus Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP and other ERP Sourcing specific certifications like CPM, SPSM is a plus. Preferred skills: Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of sourcing experience. Should possess strong Procurement and Sourcing Expertise with Expediting and Negotiation skills. Understand basics of Supply Chain Management Skills in evaluating and selecting vendors. Must possess sound knowledge of order confirmation, expediting delivery, SAP and other ERP tool. Expert in Excel and can handle Data Analysis and Reporting- basic Analytical Skills Should possess good interpersonal skills Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders and must be a team player. Should have good understanding of End to End Sourcing and procurement processes & its implications in the manufacturing and Project industry.
