What will you do?

Parts & Consumables Procurement:

Manage procurement activities for HVAC replacement parts, service components, and consumable materials.
Ensure timely availability of parts while balancing inventory investment and service level requirements.
Review and execute purchase orders based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and operational requirements.
Monitor stock levels, lead times, and demand trends to minimize shortages, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
Collaborate with service, operations, and inventory planning teams to support customer and field service requirements.

Supplier Management & Performance:

Monitor supplier performance against established metrics, including:
On-time delivery
Invoicing Variances
Quality performance
Cost competitiveness
Responsiveness
Maintain supplier scorecards and performance dashboards.
Identify supply risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
Participate in quarterly business reviews and supplier performance discussions.
Support supplier corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

Procurement Analytics & Reporting:

Analyze purchasing, inventory, spend, and supplier performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop reports and dashboards to support procurement decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actions to improve operational and financial results.
Conduct spend analysis and identify cost reduction, consolidation, and sourcing opportunities.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory planning activities through data analysis.

Vendor & Sourcing Support:

Support sourcing activities for secondary suppliers and vendor categories as assigned.
Assist with supplier selection, RFQs, contract evaluations, and negotiations.
Evaluate alternative sources to improve supply continuity and reduce risk.
Maintain supplier master data and procurement records.
Support procurement projects and strategic initiatives across the business.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to standardize procurement processes and improve efficiency.
Support implementation and utilization of ERP, procurement, and reporting tools.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, and service.

What do you bring?

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
SCPM, CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent certification is considered an asset.
3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, inventory management, or sourcing.
Experience managing suppliers and procurement activities within a manufacturing, HVAC, industrial, or technical products environment preferred.
Experience with replacement parts, aftermarket service parts, or MRO consumables is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, Power Bi.
Ability to interpret large data sets and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
Strong supplier relationship management skills.
Understanding of inventory management principles, forecasting, and demand planning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy and accountability.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable supply of HVAC replacement parts and consumable products while driving supplier performance, cost optimization, and data-driven supply chain improvements.
