Help us strengthen risk, compliance, and business resilience

Join us as an Analyst ServiceNow Engineer, supporting solutions across ServiceNow IRM, BCM, and GRC. You’ll work with experienced ServiceNow engineers and business teams to configure workflows, maintain risk and compliance data, test new functionality, and support users.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build both ServiceNow and risk/compliance expertise in an enterprise environment.

What you’ll do

  • Support configuration and administration of IRM, BCM, and GRC solutions.

  • Configure, test, and maintain workflows for risk, compliance, audit, and business continuity processes.

  • Maintain risk registers, controls, compliance records, and related data.

  • Support user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and release activities.

  • Provide user support and resolve ServiceNow IRM/GRC issues.

  • Create and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and training materials.

  • Support audit evidence, reporting, and platform governance requirements.

  • Monitor system changes and help ensure configuration standards are followed.

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and user experience.

  • Support other ServiceNow modules and initiatives when required.

What you’ll bring

  • Degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow and interest in developing technical skills.

  • Interest or experience in risk, compliance, audit, or business continuity.

  • Understanding of frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills and a user-focused approach.

  • Familiarity with ITIL, incident, or change management is a plus.

  • ServiceNow CSA or ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage, but not required.
