Job Description:
The Analyst – Product Facing Insight & Analytics is responsible for transforming product-facing data into actionable insights that support business decision-making across Product Facing teams. This role combines analytical expertise, dashboard development, and business partnership skills to deliver trusted reporting solutions that enable teams to monitor performance, track milestones, and identify opportunities.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly analytical, and comfortable working across both technical and business functions. They will help curate dashboards, support data-driven decision making, build & support models/AI agents/tools to ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and meaningful insights.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel and other enterprise analytics tools.
- Curate and manage reporting assets that provide visibility into product performance, business outcomes, and milestone progress.
- Analyze product-facing data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Maintain updates to reports & tools as needed to support evolving ways of working across Product Teams
- Support the development and maintenance of models, agents, and tools that drive consistent reporting and self-service analytics.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics partners to leverage enterprise data platforms and ensure data reliability.
- Monitor and validate data quality, helping to identify and resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and business impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, dashboard experiences, and analytics best practices.
What Do You Need to Bring?
- Experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related area.
- Strong technical skills in:
- Power BI
- SQL
- Microsoft Excel
- Experience building dashboards and translating business questions into meaningful visualizations and insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business partners.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of product-facing business processes, performance metrics, and milestone tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake.
- Familiarity with data modeling, semantic models, and curated datasets.
- Experience supporting self-service analytics and dashboard adoption initiatives.
- Knowledge of enterprise analytics, data governance, and reporting best practices.

This role allows for remote work across the U.S.. Therefore, in states and cities that require the hourly or salary compensation or pay range to be included in a job posting, the recruiting pay range for this position is $90,000 - $95,000. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, your years of experience, your work location, comparison to other employees in similar or related roles, or market demands. The range may be modified in the future.
