Analyst Programmer (Big Data)
Summary
Analyst Programmer (Big Data) builds and maintains Big Data, Lakehouse, and Data Warehouse solutions, develops and optimizes ETL/ELT pipelines, creates BI dashboards with FanRuan tools, and helps migrate legacy SSIS/DataStage platforms. Key tech: SQL, ETL/ELT tools (FineDataLink, Huawei DataArss, Talend, Informatica), and BI tools (FineReport, FineBI, Tableau, Power BI).
Develop and maintain Big Data, Lakehouse, and Data Warehouse solutions.
Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration and processing.
Create BI dashboards and reports using FanRuan and related BI tools.
Support migration of legacy ETL platforms (SSIS, DataStage) to modern architectures.
Collaborate with SAs, architects, and business users throughout project delivery and UAT.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related discipline.
4+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in Big Data development and implementation.
Strong ETL/ELT and SQL skills; experience with FineDataLink, Huawei DataArts, SSIS, DataStage, Talend, or Informatica.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as FineReport, FineBI, Tableau, or Power BI.
Good understanding of databases, data warehousing, and data processing concepts.
Experience with Huawei Big Data and FanRuan platforms is an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated and eager to learn modern data technologies.
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
