Analyst Programmer
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support in software, system, and ERP application troubleshooting.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT projects, ERP implementation initiatives, and system integration to support and enhance existing legacy systems.
Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications, ERP modules, and information technology.
Work closely with ERP and software vendors to solve application issues and monitor system stability.
Create technical procedures and documentation for the applications systems including operations, user guide, functional specification, and ERP standard operating procedures (SOP).
IT asset control and on-site support.
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma holder or above in Computing, Information Technology or other related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years' programming and system support experience.
Technical experience with systems development and databases design, in particular with Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP, MS SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL Stored Procedure, and Crystal Report.
Experience in retail POS and e-commerce systems will be an advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal, and strong analytical problem-solving skills to bridge the gap between business users and vendors.
Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure during the system workflow transition.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
