Analyst Programmer (Canvas App / PowerApp development)
Summary
Builds and maintains low-code business apps on the Microsoft Power Platform for a Hong Kong public utility's expansion team: designing Canvas/Model-Driven Power Apps, deploying Power Automate workflows, integrating data via connectors, and supporting citizen development across business units. Requires 2+ years of Power Apps/Power Automate development experience.
Our client is a public utility company to foster innovation and technology development in Hong Kong. They are looking for talented individuals to join their expansion team.
Job Responsiblities:
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop and configure Power Apps applications to support data entry and user interactions based on business requirements.
Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate workflows and automation solutions
Perform data integration and manipulation tasks using connectors.
Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions.
Support and enable citizen development and digitalization in other business units.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and evaluate their applicability to business needs.
Maintain documentation of solutions, processes, and best practices.
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
2 years or above experience in Power Automate and Power Apps (Model Driven / Canvas Apps) development.
Experience in Microsoft Dataverse with data modelling, data integration and RESTful APIs is preferred.
Experience with other Low Code Development Platforms, such as YiDA on Ali Cloud, Authine, and ActionSoft, will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good command in spoken and written Chinese.
