Analyst Programmer

CRS Marketing Solutions Pty Ltd are seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Analyst Programmer to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for analysing business and system requirements, developing software solutions, and maintaining applications that support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyse business requirements, existing systems and operational workflows to design data solutions
2. Design, develop and implement scalable Python and SQL-based data solutions aligned with business objectives.
3. Build, test and maintain automated data pipelines, applications and system integrations, ensuring performance, reliability, security and compliance with technical specifications.
4. Investigate system inefficiencies and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing enhancements to optimise data processing and operational efficiency.
5. Liaise with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and prepare functional/technical specifications translating business needs into system solutions.
6. Develop, maintain and optimise program code, databases and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with established quality standards and best practices.
7. Support software deployments, system upgrades and testing procedures as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Monitor system performance and data quality, analyse operational metrics, and provide recommendations on system design, automation and data governance.

Essential Requirements:

1. Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of relevant experience

Salary for the position is $77000 – $85000 per annum plus superannuation
