Analyst Programmer (Customer Application)
Summary
Develops and maintains in-house customer-facing software, performing analysis, coding, testing, and troubleshooting using Java, SQL, and web technologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct system impact analysis to assess potential changes or updates.
- Perform requirement analysis, project planning, source-code version control.
- Design, develop, test, enhance, and maintain in-house software application.
- Develop and maintain system documentations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and technical issues.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Stay up to date with latest relevant technologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software development environment.
- Proficient in Java, Servlet, SQL, HTML, JSP, JavaScript, CSS, HTTP Protocol.
- Proficient in English and Chinese – as required to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts.
