Analyst Programmer
Summary
Builds and maintains the company's ERP and mobile applications, explores and implements AI initiatives (generative AI, RAG, computer vision), and handles software QA/UAT, AI model validation, documentation, user training, and day-to-day system support. Core stack: MySQL, PHP, Python, iOS/Android, Flutter or React Native.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ERP/Mobile Application development
Explore and implement new AI technologies to drive business growth, productivity, and competitive edge
Perform software QA, UAT, and AI model validation
Prepare technical/end-user manuals, and conduct user training on new features
Provide day-to-day system support
Handle ad-hoc cross-company projects involving AI pilots and prototypes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related disciplines
Minimum of 3 years in applications development (MySQL/PHP/iOS/Android/Python)
Proven mobile development experience with Flutter or React Native
Hands-on AI application development, such as generative AI, RAG, or computer vision implementations
Framework experience with Laravel is a plus
Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate AI concepts across all levels
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Programmer roles, with AI project exposure prioritized
