Analyst Programmer (Government Sector, JAVA/ JavaScript)
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per month
A HKSAR Government Department
Selected candidate will be assigned to work in government department and responsible for IT system operation support, enhancements and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
To provide ongoing support to in-house application system in production
To provide technical support to enhancements of in-house application system, including programming, testing and bug fixing
To elicit user requirements and liaise with contractor to complete changes and enhancements
To maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
To help manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, licenses, digital certificates, and maintenance contracts
To participate in the planning and execution of IT projects
To carry out other IT related duties as and when required
Requirements:
Higher Diploma Holder or above in IT/ Computer Science or related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT and 1 year in similar capacity
Solid work experience in developing web-based applications using JAVA
Solid work experience in programming with database, such as MariaDB
Solid work experience in user requirement elicitation and analysis
Candidates with below experience will be advantageous:
Angular
Spring framework
AsposeTotal
Kendo UI & iText
Developing on-premises AI-integrated solutions
Government Cloud Infrastructure Service
