Analyst Programmer I Public Sector I Immediate Hiring
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per month
Job Description:
Design, build, and maintain enterprise web systems
Plan and execute comprehensive test cycles including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and load/stress testing
Assist stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deliver technical support, perform troubleshooting, and conduct training
Maintain full system documentation in strict alignment with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices
Job Requirements
Bachelor or Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in similar technical roles
Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on experience in web application programming, system support, and maintenance
Experience with Java, Java Servlet Programming (JSP), Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, and Oracle Database/SQL, JavaScript, Angular
Experience with Containerization technologies and modern CI/CD pipelines is a MUST
Reporting engines (e.g., Crystal Reports) and implementation of secure coding standards
Good Communication in Cantonese and English
