About the role
Join the team as an Analyst Programmer and contribute to the development, enhancement and support of web-based and desktop software solutions. Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain software applications for web-based and desktop solutions.
Participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
Provide training and application support to users.
Diagnose and troubleshoot user-reported issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver reliable software solutions.
Document development work, technical solutions and support procedures where required.
What we're looking for
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
At least 1–2 years of software development experience.
Experience with PHP, CodeIgniter Framework, RESTful API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and MSSQL.
Good understanding of web development, programming techniques and development tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate in English with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive approach to learning, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
