Analyst Programmer / System Analyst (CRM)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CRM application and development.

• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations.

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance.

• Participate in code reviews and testing.

• Write simple technical documentation and runbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 3-8 years system development experience, nice to have focusing on CRM (e.g., MS Dynamic/ Salesforce etc).

• Experience with Java, C#, .NET, Python etc.

• Experience in AI Development such as Claude Code, Copilot.

• Experience with Git and CI/CD basics.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
