Description
Salary: $42,000 – $60,000 per month
Key responsibilities
Provide technical advices to users on application and design of the system
Supervise the contractors / suppliers to design and implement the system
Perform quality control and quality assurance in the SDLC
Perform any works assigned by supervisor
Willing to travel within HKSARG, such as visiting user departments' offices at remote locations or entry/exit control points
About you
Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related subjects
At least 3-4 years working experience in application development
Solid experience in the whole system development life cycle of an IT system
Experience in performing quality control of IT services provided by contractor
Able to read/understand business process described in UML
Experience and knowledge in Spring, Hibernate, ReactJS, ebXML and XML
Experience in implementing large scale critical systems with 7x24, high availability and disaster recovery requirements
Good communication skills
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
