Analyst programmer
Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 7,000 per month
About the role
As an Analyst Programmer, you will analyze and understand user requirements and business processes, then design, develop, test, and implement software applications and solutions. You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while performing troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of software defects.
Key responsibilities
Analyze and understand user requirements and business processes
Design, develop, test, and implement software applications and solutions
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of software defects
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver quality solutions
Maintain and update existing systems to improve functionality and user experience
Prepare technical documentation including system design, specifications, and user manuals
Ensure software solutions comply with security and quality standards
Support user training and provide ongoing technical support
Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field
3–8 years of experience in system analysis and back-end development
Experience in Redis
Experience in DevSecOps environment
Strong proficiency in Java
Strong knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and optimized SQL
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in agile teams
C language experience is an advantage
Experience in government project is a plus
