ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
RECORDS ANALYSIS:
Maintains all aspects of the RMS
Client/Server relational computer database and the imaging system for required
records and controlled documents. Verifies data entry to ensure integrity of database and validity of data
affecting correct status for required records and controlled documents.
Analyzes
required records and controlled documents for content, completeness and
accuracy in accordance with approved desktop instructions.Identifies
requirements in accordance with desktop instructions for data entry. Enters cross-reference relationships to
establish traceability and aid in retrieval of required records and controlled
documents.Performs
electronic issuance and tracking of required records and controlled documents.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
