Analyst, Sales Support
NewWhat are your contributions to the team?
- Act as the Compliance Focal to support Smart Services Sales and Operations activities and liaise with the PAC/Legal/Sanctions/Diligence team to ensure adequate Customer information is provided
- Proactively solicit Smart Services Customers completion of the “know your Customer” due diligence questionnaire in advance of an upcoming contractual transaction (enrollment, transfers, renewals, etc)
- In conjunction with the due diligence activity, the role includes ensuring credit terms are opened and adequate information provided to our Finance department
- Build and prioritize Smart Services compliance strategy to ensure maximum compliance approval is reached, in accordance with a risk profile as predetermined by legal & Compliance for our customers
- Act as a focal for the Entry-Into-Service process to ensure all after-market business units can transact with the Customers
- Ensure all customer data is accurate, up-to-date and aligned across the platforms; meaning software tools (SAP, Salesforce, SFDC, Maximo, etc.) point of service delivery tools and platforms
- Build a rapport with Smart Services customers and gain their confidence to assist in the data gathering
- Advise and assist the Smart Services business unit in the adoption of new compliance requirements
- Support the “Customer Due Diligence for Customer Experience Transactions” directive and help the Smart Services team implement quickly and accurately.
- Document business processes, drive process efficiencies and improvements
- Respond to ad-hoc requests, both internal and externa
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent degree.
- You possess 5-7 years of experience.
- You have excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills and project a friendly positive attitude. You enjoy working in an active environment with daily customer interaction.
- Experience in or knowledge of aircraft maintenance, cost per flight hour programs for airframe and/or engines, aircraft warranty, aircraft maintenance planning and aircraft customer support exposure are considered strong assets.
- You are comfortable in developing and leveraging established relationships with Bombardier customers, suppliers and partners.
- You have knowledge of the various applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Access, etc.
- You are an expert in Excel and data manipulation.
- You are comfortable analyzing large amounts of data and synthesizing into meaningful information, analytics, project plans and recommendations.
- You have experience designing and implementing new / revised processes.
- You have knowledge of aviation compliance requirements namely anti-corruption, sanctions, data privacy.
- You have cross cultural experience and languages other than English could be considered an asset.
- You can demonstrate a high degree of ethics, judgment with sensitive information, strong emotional intelligence, reliable with strong relationship building abilities.
