You will monitor and process outward A2 remittances including LRS cases while following internal and regulatory requirements. You will handle Nostro reconciliation support customer and stakeholder queries and work with relationship managers products branches and external providers to resolve payment issues. You will identify process risks and improvement opportunities manage KPIs and KRIs support project deliverables and monitor operational productivity. You will also guide colleagues support reporting and maintain alignment across cash operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and process outward A2 remittance payments including LRS cases
- Follow internal processes and external regulatory guidelines
- Perform Nostro reconciliation
- Guide colleagues on operational functions policies and practices
- Support reporting transaction checking presentation preparation and customer service
- Resolve payment queries and issues with internal teams branches and external providers
- Identify process risks and recommend mitigation measures
- Manage and maintain KPIs and KRIs
- Deliver project targets and operational commitments
- Monitor team productivity and maintain effective backup arrangements
- Support transparent employee assessment processes
- Ensure alignment across the cash operations function
Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification
- 10 to 12 years of experience in core foreign currency trade and cash operations
- Thorough knowledge of FEMA
- Experience managing large volumes and teams
- Knowledge of trade and A2 payments is preferred
- Awareness of capital account transaction monitoring controls and follow ups
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Understanding of systems used in cash operations
- Functional knowledge of handling SWIFT messages
- Strong customer complaint and enquiry handling skills
- Experience interacting with beneficiary banks issuing banks and other correspondents
- Excellent client and customer management skills
- Business orientation
