Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst / Sr. Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and business understanding. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Experience in US Mortgage or Collections domain is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Build interactive dashboards for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven solutions
- Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
- Conduct research and provide strategic insights
- Present findings through reports and presentations
Requirements
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Automation)
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI / Tableau Data Modelling, DAX, Visualization)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights
Good to Have
- Experience in US Mortgage / Collections domain
- Knowledge of Python or R
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, VBA)
Education
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics / Computer Science (Mandatory)
