Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Analyst/Senior Analyst with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably within the US Mortgage or Collections domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, deep business understanding, and the ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decisionmaking across the organization. Position Overview This role requires a selfdriven individual who can continuously review organizational data, identify trends, highlight performance gaps, and recommend optimizations across processes, products, and technology. Key Responsibilities Must Have: Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decision-making. Must Have: Assign numerical values to critical business functions to measure performance and compare results across time periods. Must Have: Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Advanced MS Excel, SQL, and BI tool. Must Have: Build interactive and visually compelling dashboards to present insights to senior stakeholders. Must Have: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business challenges and develop datadriven solutions. Must Have: Continuously evaluate business processes and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Must Have: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with BI architecture best practices. Must Have: Conduct deep research and provide analytical insights to support strategic initiatives. Must Have: Communicate findings effectively through wellstructured presentations and reports. Required Skills & Qualifications Must Have: Minimum 3+ years of experience as an analyst. Must Have: Strong business understanding, preferably within the US Mortgage or Collections domain. Must Have: Expertise in Advanced MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and automation. Must Have: Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Must Have: Proficiency in BI tool (data modelling, DAX, visualization, dashboard development). Must Have: Solid understanding of BI tools architecture and reporting ecosystems. Must Have: Excellent research abilities and analytical thinking. Must Have: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must Have: Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Education Qualification : Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer Science (mandatory). Must Have: Added Advantage Skills (Good to Have) Must Have: Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics and automation. Must Have: Knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate, VBA scripting, etc.). Interview Mode : Must Have: 1. First Round: Teams interview round (Self Intro and technical) Must Have: 2.
