The Strategic Initiatives Analyst supports the delivery of cross‑functional supply chain initiatives by providing coordination and execution support. This role enables scale and rigor within the Strategic Initiatives portfolio while building foundational transformation and systems experience. This role is a developmental feeder into a BPE or functional business roles.
Accountabilities:
Initiative Support & Coordination (40%)
- Support planning and execution of enterprise initiatives
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions
- Prepare materials for governance and executive reviews
Analysis & Problem Solving (35%)
- Conduct data, process, and scenario analysis
- Support business case development and value tracking
- Identify insights and risks to inform decision‑making
Change & Enablement Support (25%)
- Support communication, training, and adoption activities
- Partner with BPEs and Functional Managers during execution
- Document learnings and best practices
Key Metrics & Financial Targets:
- Shared Supply Chain Goals
- COGS, Safety, Quality
- Inventory Accuracy
- Time/ $ Savings from process transformations and enhancements
- Documentation delivery to business partners
Own:
- Assigned initiative tasks or analyses
- Initiative tracking and documentation
- Quality and timeliness of deliverables
Influence:
- Day‑to‑day initiative execution
- Quality of decision inputs
- Stakeholder preparedness and alignment

Skills Needed To Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Mgmt., Engineering, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
- Aptitude and passion for Continuous Improvement
- Structured analytical thinking
- Strong organization and follow‑through
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Curiosity and learning agility
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Power BI

Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
- Competitive annual salary $70,000 - $88,000 in Chicago, IL
