What are your contributions to the team?
- Lead the annual Bill of Materials (BOM) validation process in partnership with Finance to capture cost-impacting changes.
- Conduct standard costing analyses to support annual cost-setting activities.
- Identify Gap Buys and monitor the spend for budget & forecasting.
- Lead cross-functional strategic reviews and initiatives aligned with Supply Chain and corporate objectives.
- Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support leadership decision-making through structured analyses and clear storytelling.
- Define, track, and analyze key supply chain KPIs related to cost, contract & BOM Pressure, and productivity.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and streamline supply chain analytical processes.
- Support the deployment and enhancement of digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Platform) to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvement and digital enablement initiatives across the supply chain.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in analytical discipline; a master’s degree or MBA is an asset.
- You have 3 years of experience (minimum) in a strategic role within a complex manufacturing environment. Preferred experience: 5 years or more.
- You have strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- You have the ability to synthesize complex information and present it effectively.
- You have the proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- You have advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint proficiency.
- You have working knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, and cloud-based tools (Azure preferred).
- You have familiarity with automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled tools is an asset.
- You have aerospace industry and contracting experience which is considered an asset.
- You have demonstrated professionalism, discretion, autonomy, and collaborative mindset.
Please note that an ability to work in French and English on a daily basis and on-site presence at one of our Montreal facilities at least two (2) days per week, sometimes more, as per the applicable policy, is required.
