Analytical Chemistry R&D Specialist, Analytical Chemistry R&D Manager

1.Develop and establish methods for testing and analyzing the physical and chemical properties of polymer materials.
2.Operate and maintain chemical analysis instruments, interpret data, and perform detailed analysis.
3.Draft material analysis reports and interpret test results.
4.Prepare experimental solutions and produce testing samples for analysis.
5.Troubleshoot and resolve basic instrument malfunctions.
6.Manage standard samples, analytical instruments, and processing equipment.
7.A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in material testing, analysis, and operation of chemical analysis instruments (e.g., DSC, FTIR, GPC, TGA, SEM, HPLC).
8.Proven experience in evaluating, testing, and analyzing new materials or raw materials.
9.Research and development experience in the polymer field is preferred.
10.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
11.Experience in instrument analysis and laboratory management.
12.Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), particularly in creating and analyzing charts and reports.
13.Exhibit clear and effective written and oral communication skills in English. TOEIC test score above 700 or other equivalent English certification is preferred.
