The area

This is a studies area for both internal and external requesters, with a wide range of possibilities. In our day-to-day, we understand the request, evaluate the potential that the study can bring, discuss the format and delivery, and present the study results to the requester.

Description

The person will be responsible for managing studies, seeking innovations, aligning deliveries and deadlines, and presenting results.

Main activities

• Manipulate databases.
• Talk to the client and understand the points where we can contribute to the business.
• Combine internal solutions or create new solutions, applying the most diverse techniques and even having the freedom to propose new ways.
• Develop Ad Hoc studies and statistical analyses.
• Interpret the results obtained and evaluate how they adapt to the clients' problems.
• Interaction with various areas of Serasa and external clients.
• Experience in Python.
• Build the rationale for how to show the results to the client, including creating the delivery material.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Familiarity with using artificial intelligence tools.
• Proactivity: based on experiences or conversations, propose solutions that generate results for the company, as well as taking the initiative for process automation that can be applied to more than one client.
• Knowledge of the credit market, as the person needs to understand and add value in meetings with the client, being able to understand the pain points described so they can use or create solutions.
• Knowledge of programming such as Python and SQL. It would also be interesting to know delivery tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
