Analytical Engineering Lead — Trusted Data & Self-Serve Analytics

Asana is seeking an Analytical Engineering Manager in Warsaw to lead a team owning data foundations, including the Gold layer, metrics, and semantic layers. You will drive trusted, versioned data products and empower AI-powered self-serve through Claude and Databricks Genie.

You will collaborate with data science, data engineering, and business partners to define data contracts, SLAs, and cost-aware roadmaps while balancing build-vs-buy trade-offs.
