Responsibilities- Obsess over user success through technical problem-solving in Slack and via calls
- Act as the Lightdash expert, staying current with latest features and AI capabilities
- Create and deliver world-class tutorials, demos, blog posts, and video content
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the analytics engineering community
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and technical problem-solving
- Strong hands-on experience with dbt, SQL, and data modeling
- Proficiency with git, command line, and data visualization tools
- Experience using AI coding assistants and productivity tools
- Deep understanding of business intelligence and analytics engineering workflows
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work within UTC +/- 3 timezone
- Experience pair-programming through complex data issues
- Ability to connect user needs to product strategy and feature development
- Natural teaching ability for live calls and documentation
