Analytics Engineer (Mid) - SQL, dbt & Data Quality

Mollie is seeking a data-focused engineer to ensure high-quality, trustworthy data used in financial processes. The role emphasizes strong SQL, data modelling, and hands-on work with dbt, Airflow, and BigQuery to build robust data models and automated checks.

You will implement data quality validations and monitoring, enabling reliable analytics and decision making across Mollie’s finance stack.

Implement data quality validation checks, testing frameworks, and proactive monitoring to ensure high trust in data used for analysis and decision making. Build and maintain dbt data models, from raw source data to consumable mart tables powering dashboards that monitor critical financial processes. Strong SQL foundation and data modelling skills. Experience implementing data quality validation checks, testing frameworks, and proactive monitoring. Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, and BigQuery is a plus.
