We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to take ownership of our finance data domain and make sure the numbers behind reporting and planning are accurate, reliable, and easy for the business to trust.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience with dbt and building data models
- Commercial experience working with financial or payments data
- Experience with reconciliation and data-quality processes
- Fluency in Russian
- Confidence working with messy, duplicated, delayed, or inconsistent data
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable digging deep into data and explaining complex issues to Finance and business stakeholders
This role is a good fit for someone who genuinely enjoys investigating why numbers don’t match, finding the root cause, and building systems that make finance data more reliable over time.
