About The Role

Join our Pricing and Analytics team to create reliable data products that support pricing, modelling and strategic decisions. You will transform raw data into trusted, ready-to-use tables for analysts, data scientists and actuaries. Working closely with pricing teams, you will translate business requirements into practical solutions that improve data quality and analytical outcomes. You will also help modernise legacy SAS processes through Databricks, automation and scalable engineering practices.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop and maintain analytical data pipelines that produce reliable, ready-to-use data
  • Automate recurring analytical and reporting processes to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Embed data quality, lineage and governance standards across analytical solutions
  • Monitor production pipelines and resolve issues before they affect business outcomes
  • Migrate legacy SAS processes to Databricks and optimise workflows using platform capabilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback and refine outputs

What You'll Bring

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering or another quantitative discipline
  • Bring at least two years of relevant analytics engineering, data engineering or related experience
  • Apply practical SQL or PySpark skills to develop data pipelines and analytical data models
  • Diagnose complex data issues and deliver reliable, well-tested solutions
  • Use Git, Linux command-line tools, Databricks, Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
