Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain analytics platforms built on Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Databricks.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot failures to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Perform production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor platform performance and optimize data processing workflows.
- Work with SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT processes to support data integration.
- Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure platform availability, reliability, and adherence to operational standards.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow support procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance and operational efficiency.
