Anchor & Port Restaurant Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team while also working alongside them during service. This is a working supervisor role, meaning you will take tables, support the team on the floor, and receive tips in addition to your hourly rate. You’ll help guide and coach staff, maintain service standards, oversee shift checklists and cash handling, and ensure smooth, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have full-service restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized while keeping the team energized and on track.
