Android Application Developer - In-Vehicle Infotainment

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with expertise in Android-based Infotainment (IVI) Application and Framework development. The role involves developing and stabilizing infotainment applications such as Media, Radio, Bluetooth, Settings, and CCS, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automotive software solutions.

Key Skills Required :

- Experience in Android-based Automotive Infotainment (IVI) Application and Framework Development.

- Experience in IVI Applications such as Media, Radio, Bluetooth, Settings, and CCS.

- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Android Framework Components, and OOP concepts.

- Hands-on experience with Android 10 and above.

- Working knowledge of Android IPC mechanisms (AIDL/Binder), Services, Middleware, and Multithreading.

- Familiarity with Android SDK, AOSP, Android Automotive, Kotlin, and Automotive Coding Guidelines.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand and implement HMI, GUI, and functional specifications for IVI applications.

- Perform requirement analysis and develop software requirements for assigned IVI modules.

- Design, develop, integrate, and validate Android IVI applications and framework components.

- Support software stabilization activities during vehicle production and launch events.

- Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Education :

- UG : B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization
